Built to solve
Deliveries that end arguments, not start them.
Route-wise assignment
Orders grouped by route and sequenced by drop — trucks leave with a plan.
Load verification
What goes on the truck is scanned against the delivery plan. No missing cartons.
Drop sequencing
Deliveries ordered by stop, so the 7am bakery gets bread at 7am.
Proof of delivery
Signature and receiver captured at the door — disputes end here.
Partial deliveries
Store takes less? Quantity adjusts, invoice adjusts, stock returns with a reason.
VAT invoice at the door
UAE-format tax invoice printed at the store, matching delivered quantity.
Returns pickup
Expired and damaged goods collected on the same visit, logged by reason.
Collections (optional)
Drivers can collect payments against invoices where your model allows it.
Live delivery tracking
Dispatchers see every truck, every drop, every delay as it happens.
Offline-first
Basement loading docks and remote stores don’t stop the day. Syncs later.
Delivery performance
On-time rate, drops per route, returns rate — by driver, route and store.
One database
Deliveries, invoices and returns post straight to stock and finance.

Questions?
Direct store delivery — FAQs.
What is direct store delivery (DSD) software?
Direct store delivery software runs deliveries made straight to retail stores against pre-sold orders: route-wise loading, delivery sequencing, proof of delivery, returns and invoicing at the door. SynTrack DSD is built for FMCG suppliers and distributors delivering to stores across the UAE and GCC.
How is DSD different from van sales?
They are two different products for two different route models. In DSD the order already exists — the driver delivers it, confirms quantities and gets proof of delivery. In van sales the driver sells from truck stock on the spot. SynTrack offers both, and many fleets mix them by route.
Does it handle partial deliveries?
Yes. If a store accepts less than ordered, the driver records the delivered quantity; the invoice adjusts automatically and the difference returns to stock with a reason code.
How does proof of delivery work?
Customer acknowledgment is captured on the driver’s device at the door — signature and receiver details — attached to the delivery and invoice, ending "we never received it" disputes.
Can it print VAT invoices at delivery?
Yes. Drivers print UAE-format tax invoices on Bluetooth printers at the store, in Arabic and English, matching the delivered quantity.
