From raw material to sold — one thread.

A factory’s truth is a thread: materials in, batches made, costs absorbed, goods sold and delivered. Break the thread anywhere and costing becomes fiction. SynTrack keeps it whole — CKM runs production, van sales and delivery on it; Verglass runs ERP with van sales.

SynTrack for manufacturing links BOM-based production and batch costing to inventory, sales routes and VAT-ready finance — one database from raw material receipt to delivered, invoiced product.

Questions

Manufacturing — FAQs.

Which manufacturers run SynTrack?

CKM runs full ERP with manufacturing, van sales and delivery management; Verglass runs ERP with van sales. References are discussed in the demo call, where clients agree.

How does batch costing work?

Work orders consume materials against the BOM at their real current costs, absorb labour and overhead per your model, and produce batches whose true cost travels with them to the warehouse and the invoice.

Can we trace a batch in both directions?

Yes. Forward — which customers received a batch; backward — which material lots went into it. Both directions in minutes, with documentation.

Does it plan material requirements?

Production schedules generate material requirements against stock and lead times, so purchasing hears about needs weeks ahead — not at the shortage.

Can the factory and the sales routes share one system?

That is exactly the SynTrack pattern: produce, warehouse, then sell through your own vans, DSD routes or counter — one database end to end, as CKM runs daily.
