Service · Implementation Consultancy
Software is half the job. This is the other half.
A decade of ERP implementations across the GCC taught us where projects really stall: messy data, unclear processes, and people who aren't ready. Our consultants exist to make sure you don't.
What we do
The disciplines that make ERP projects land.
Process mapping
We document how your business actually runs — routes, approvals, exceptions — before touching software.
Fit-gap analysis
Where standard fits, where configuration is needed, where you should change process instead.
Solution blueprint
A written design both sides sign: modules, flows, roles, reports, integrations.
Data migration
Masters and balances extracted, cleaned, trial-loaded and reconciled — before cut-over.
Integration planning
GPS, banks, e-commerce, existing tools — mapped and sequenced, not improvised.
Role-based training
Drivers, storekeepers, accountants and managers each trained on their day, not a generic manual.
Parallel run
Old and new side by side until the numbers match and confidence is earned.
Go-live management
A cut-over plan with owners, timings and a rollback path nobody should need.
Hypercare
Consultants on call through the first closes — the weeks that make or break adoption.
Project governance
Steering reviews, risk registers and honest status — no surprise week twelve.
Change management
The people side: champions, communication and resistance handled early.
Optimisation reviews
After real usage settles, we return to tune processes and switch on what is next.

Questions?
Implementation consultancy — FAQs.
What does an ERP implementation consultant do?
An implementation consultant turns software into a working system: mapping your current processes, designing how the ERP should run them, migrating data, configuring, training people and managing go-live. Synergia Soft has done this for GCC businesses for over a decade — it is the half of the job that decides whether an ERP project succeeds.
Do you only implement SynTrack?
SynTrack is our platform and where we go deepest. But the discipline is the same on any ERP project, and we take consultancy engagements — process mapping, requirement definition, implementation rescue and project governance — independent of the software chosen.
How long does an ERP implementation take?
It depends on modules, branches and data quality. A single-branch trading company typically goes live in weeks; multi-branch operations run in phases. The discovery phase produces a concrete plan with dates — before you commit to the build.
How do you handle data migration?
We extract, clean and map your masters and balances — items, customers, suppliers, stock and openings — with trial loads and reconciliation before the real cut-over. Bad data is fixed before go-live, not discovered after.
What happens after go-live?
Hypercare: our consultants stay close through the first closes and the first month-end, then hand over to structured local support. Optimisation reviews follow once real usage shows where the next gains are.
